My name is Jonathan Brown, and I am running to be a National Delegate of Maine for Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.
If you vote for me, I will work my hardest to make sure the values we share are reflected and fought for at the 2020 Democratic National Convention. We have too much on the line, and Joe Biden has repeated time and time again he does not support popular legislation like Medicare-for-All, the Green New Deal, or ending the Wars, and he won't unless we are applying effective grassroots pressure.
In Milwaukee or from my computer, I will do my part to best represent the State of Maine at the 2020 National Convention. I would like to work with all of you to create a brighter future for the Maine and National Democratic Party.
The slogan "not me, us" has always been a noble weight on our shoulders, and it feels heavier today, but I believe it's imperative for us to push the Democratic Party to represent more working-class values in order to defeat Donald Trump.
