This system allows people to create virtual petitions to collect electronic signatures to run for Presidential Elector, National Delegate, Democratic National Committee Member, or Democratic State Committee Member.
You can view a list of all the people who have created virtual petitions. PLEO petitions can be electronically signed by DSC Members. All other petitions can be electronically signed by State Delegates and State Alternates.
DSC Members, State Delegates, and State Alternates will receive an email with the necessary security information to begin signing petitions electronically. Virtual petitions cannot be signed without that security information.
You have to enroll in this system to create virtual petitions. Petitions are required to run for Presidential Elector, National Delegate, Democratic National Committee Member, or Democratic State Committee Member.
If you have already printed paper petitions, please do not continue collecting signatures. Any signatures that you have already collected can be submitted as described on the paper petition.
